The receptionists are kind of rude. 3 of them behind the desk try to ignore me after I said a laud "Hello". It happened 4 times.
I made an inquiry on the phone, they never returned my call.
So customer service is bad. However the facility is good and very much needed in the area. Always full and busy.
I found the change rooms and toilets dirty.
A center with such a huge amount of turnover of people need more cleaning staff.
Very new centre, therefore very clean and spacious.
Receptionist are very helpful and friendly.
Doctors are slow, but I think its good, because they want to spend as much time as possible with the patient.
Dr Kaur (female) is very helpful and understanding and a very pleasant person.
Being open for 7 days is a hard work and I arrived there after they have already closed the shop, but they let me in and choose flowers for a wedding and help me to organize a pick up. They would have delivered the flowers, but there wouldn't be anybody to take the delivery..... Anyhow that was complicated and the lady in the shop did everything to make me happy. She did.
Flowers are always fresh and last really long.
Kathie,the owner is very experienced, friendly and very flexible. Understanding your problem and you get better care than in government funded medical centers.
She does holistic medicine and integrated and vibrational healing. An absolute pleasure to be there and spend some time in Kathie's presence.
