Have eaten here both for dine in and takeaway, prior to the lock down. Dine in experience was the banquet for a largeish group (5+ people) at short notice, which was excellent - tasty, filling, and we were able to have BYO wine from the IGA next door. Takeaway was still great food, but we found that portions were a bit smaller, relatively speaking, and our wait time to pick it up was a bit long for a weeknight, although it may have just been unusually busy.

Poor communication, failing to meet commitments, lengthy delays and a lack of honesty. I have been waiting seven weeks for a simple dryer repair. Have had to chase them to confirm assessment and repair dates, technicians are no show. They don't answer the phone when called, nothing by long holds followed by a recorded message that they are unavailable, and they don't return voicemails/e-mails. Then they claim that they tried to contact me and "didn't hear back" - an outright lie. This has now happened on multiple occasions! If they were not required by my letting agency, I would not be working with them, and would certainly never recommend them to anyone.
