Installed power connection to new hot water system - very professional, very thorough, very tidy, offered good suggestions (eg added double power point rather than just single - nominal price difference), good price. Highly recommended.

Regular morning coffee break location - very friendly, good coffee. Can get very busy at lunch times for eat in & takeaway lunches but consider this a positive not a negative - means the food, prices & service is very good! Has wi-fi also.

Regularly visit for coffee & sometimes for lunch - great service from owners & the other staff, very friendly, great coffee made to your exact requirements, excellent muffins for morning/afternoon tea, great hot & cold meals for lunch.

Front door lock not working - removed it & took it in to be repaired, as well as getting some keys cut. Very quick - called back a couple of hours later. They fixed it perfectly & the price was very reasonable. Very impressed all round.

Needed my DVD player/video recorder combo fixed - service friendly, reasonably quick, reasonably priced I think (have nothing to compare it too). Still working after many months so certainly can't fault the repair job.

Problem with security screen door lock - Steve spent a considerable amount of time & effort to fix it. While not 'as new' (did not fit back into frame very well when re-hung) full points for effort.

Happy to support a local small business doing it tough against the large chains. Lovely old cinema with very good prices & new releases. Situated in the heart of Semaphore.

Have taked my dog there since she was a puppy (now 13 years old). Very experienced, almost always good service. Sometimes have to wait a fair bit for appointments but only because Dr Holds gives each appointment as much time is needed for a full consultation - not a problem because he does the same for everyone (& he likes a chat!)

Discount variety store - has range of smaller items such as toys, kitchenware, home handyman items etc. Similar to other small discount stores but you can sometimes find things that you can't find elsewhere - worth a look from time to time.

Well established garden shop & nursery on Semaphore Road - good range of plants especially suited to local conditions, knowledgable staff. Prices reasonable.
