AVOID THIS COMPANY
I contacted HR heating to repair my brivis heater which was not starting. It took a week to get someone out in the middle of winter. I was charged 300 for a full service and reassured the problem was fixed. 4 weeks later I was still without any heating. The team members can't seem to communicate. Different repair men were sent without any knowledge from the prior visit. One failed to attend. The only thing they were consistently good at was quoting very high fees. The part required was not ordered on several occasions. In the end I gave up and had to get another plumber out to do the job- he was out in 24 hours and sourced and ordered the part on the spot. It was also half the price of that quoted by HR heating.
