Would not recommend- technician came out and claimed to repair issue however later that afternoon found the issue not to be resolved. Quite happily took $300. When contacted again to advise issue not resolved they stopped responding. Make sure you have your issue fixed before handing over any money or you will never hear from them again.

I recently called HR Heating and Cooling to service and repair our Heat and Glo gas heater. The technician they sent, Jackson, was very friendly, thorough and professional. He fully cleaned and serviced our heater, then came back a few days later to install a new fan (the old fan was so loud we couldn't watch TV with it on!). Now our old gas heater is running so quietly and efficiently - it's like brand new! Thanks Jackson and HR Heating and Cooling - our gas heater is purring along very nicely and great for cold winter nights ;-)

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I contacted HR heating to repair my brivis heater which was not starting. It took a week to get someone out in the middle of winter. I was charged 300 for a full service and reassured the problem was fixed. 4 weeks later I was still without any heating. The team members can't seem to communicate. Different repair men were sent without any knowledge from the prior visit. One failed to attend. The only thing they were consistently good at was quoting very high fees. The part required was not ordered on several occasions. In the end I gave up and had to get another plumber out to do the job- he was out in 24 hours and sourced and ordered the part on the spot. It was also half the price of that quoted by HR heating.
