They try but not good enough
Virgin tries to do their best in terms of customer service. But sometimes they can be disappointing.
I asked them to email me my updated itinerary... And they emailed it to someone else instead...
No concern for professionalism or courtesy...

This is the first dental clinic in Gold Coast I came across which opens full day Saturday with a dedicated dentist who is not a locum.
Very happy with the service.
