Huge thanks to the fabulous Stacey who was so very helpful with my initial enquiry and then with a stressed me on the day of our repair. She was an absolute delight and put my mind at rest. Hubby dealt with the wonderful Armin who spent almost all day at our home and we now have hot water again! Armin explained everything along the way, was knowledgeable and more than helpful. Absolutely lovely man. Would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that asked. Thanks heaps guys for taking care of us so well.
