Customer service is hard to find when you need it. Their range of toys is great, and with good prices.

The customer service is great, the products are fantastic but slightly higher in price than other places, but to make up for that they have a great VIP discount.

The person who served us could not find the product we wanted so he suggested another similar product and without waiting for us to answer he took it up to the counter and started to ring it through the cash register. The products are well over priced. Have not and will not go there again.
