The bloke who owns this shop is fantastic. Knows his music very well, produts are well priced, will order things in if he dosent have them in stock. Excellent can do attitude. Personalised service. We wanted a particular CD by a particular performer but didn't know when it would be realeased. He found out for us, gave us a courtesy call, ordered it in, and held it for us for weeks without a deposit until we were able to pick it up. Only buy music from him.

The products are easy to find and a great price but the service is poor. Polite customer service but most of them dont know what they're talking about. The have a friend of mine employed there as an eletrical expert but she has no previous experience or knowledge of electrical items.

I've used this airway twice from Avalon in Victoria and both times the flight was delayed for reasons that they were responsible for. The first time I was delayed for two hours, the second time I was delayed a whole day, had to come back the next morning for my flight. Will never use them again.
You name a book, they've got it. If they don't, they'll order it in. The customer service is exceptional.
