Ken was on time, professional and thorough in his work. We had some confusion with the communication because there were several people involved on our end (owner, realtor and me the lessee) but Ken handled the issues quickly and graciously and even took the time to walk me through all of the functions of my new dishwasher and how to keep it operating at it's best. I would definitely recommend his services.
