We are a large strata complex and Independant do our Seaclous access cards to our community pool and recreation area as well as our CCTV security requirements so when there is a problem it impacts a lot of people. I can’t recommend them enough fir their excellent service. Over the phone I have dealt with Gerry, Ryan and Michelle which were terrific to speak to. On site I have mostly dealt with Jake who is fabulous and has always taken the time to explain things to me and assisted above and beyond. Today I dealt with Dean who was terrific too. He noticed something that was unrelated to the call out and fixed it whilst there and then explained it all to me. The company as a whole has an excellent communication and work ethic and great staff make a great business. Thank you - a pleasure to deal with this company.
