Went in for a simple trim. Was given the BEST head massage! My stylist was friendly and quick and did exactly what I wanted. I even got a little goodie bag at the end. Great experience and easy to deal with.

I go here quite regularly to get snacks even though I've finished studying! Always great service and I always seem to get someone who is happy to put a little extra in after they've taken the bag off the scales :) They always apologise if there's a wait and they work fast to get to everyone.

I usually just go here to get my waxing done. I recently had a haircut and was super impressed. Celina was lovely, relaxed and did what I wanted. There was a bit of a shock at the counter but only because it was so well-priced!

I have only had my waxing done here with Krystal and I have to say she is fantastic! Made me feel comfortable, was nice and friendly and told me what to expect. I have put a couple of friends onto her as well and they all have great experiences!

I've been here a couple of times and it's good experience every time: the food is amazing, it comes out fast and the atmosphere is nice, especially if you sit outside. However, the service seems a little harsh (no hello or smile). Hence the reason for 4 stars.

The last time I went to Kaz Hair I got a wicked haircut and great customer service for a good price. This time, however, I was almost bullied into buying products and given a lecture on the quality of my shampoo. I can understand wanting to upsell products to customers, but this was unnecessary and made my experience less than a good one.
