Was in need of a hair cut and style for a special christmas gathering with friends and was lucky enough to be squeezed in without an appointment. I was truly grateful. They listened to what I wanted and made some great suggestions, which I went with. I was really happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning. Found the staff to be very friendly.
Went in for a simple trim. Was given the BEST head massage! My stylist was friendly and quick and did exactly what I wanted. I even got a little goodie bag at the end. Great experience and easy to deal with.

Always a nice greeting when you arrive and happy to give you quotes if need be. Friendly staff and quite busy, great place for a cut and color, always offer you a cuppa while your waiting for hair color to develop. Situated close to Woolworths and plenty of parking most times, unless it is Friday or Saturday when a lot of people are shopping.
I have been going to Nova for about 8 months now for my hair cuts and bikini waxes. I have so far never had a bad experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you aren't quite sure what you want they won't try and talk you into something hugely expensive they will sit down and make sure you say what you want and then they deliver.
The lady who does the waxing is friendly and so very good at her job that there is on the minimal of pain.
While getting your hair washed you also get a fabulous head massage. I would almost go there just for that!
A xxx bikini wax costs me $40 and for my hair I get it washed, blow dried and cut for $66
