Transition to Parenthood and Calmbirth were AWESOME. I felt completely unprepared (ok clueless) beforehand, but now I feel calm and confident. That's how much I learnt. Julie is great, you can ask any dumb question and she even encourages you to call if you need help afterwards. I couldn't recommend the courses enough
