Before Nick the Stain Buster Service man arrived he called to not only let us know that he was on his way but also to inform us that he could come earlier if needed. He was very professional, polite and honest. We felt very comfortable allowing Nick into our home and wow!! The carpets look amazing, thank you so much you are a miracle worker.
