We have been customers of Autoplus WA for at least 15 years, and have always been provided with excellent professional service, good advice, and value for money. Unlike previous experiences with the Subaru dealer, we don't receive phone calls just after dropping off the vehicle for a service trying to sell us non-essential services. Autoplus give us a comprehensive reports on the vehicle after each service identifying matters that will need to be attended to in future services.

In summary, I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by
Midland Autoplus, and am happy to recommend your firm to friends.
Particularly, I value the time and effort put into solving some difficult
and frustrating overheating and front drove belt noise problems with my
Suzuki Grand Vitara diesel. In this regard, Midland Autoplus demonstrated a
commitment to getting the problem resolved, and competitively priced the
work done. The problems have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. I
also value your ethos that means that you do not undertake work unless it
is required unlike the vehicle dealers, and it was for this reason that I
initially transferred service on my vehicle to your firm from the dealer. I
also value the fact that you contact me whenever necessary, let me know
what you are doing to address the problems and what action you propose
taking and the likely cost of same, and to let me know when I can collect
the vehicle if there has been no pre-agreed time for this. I also
appreciate your willingness to provide advice on issues with the vehicle
and to check on matters of concern.
