Had fun and still do every time I go. They have machines to accommodate everyone's workout. They have the standard treadmills, bicycles to leg press machines and squat machines.

They also provide many different classes throughout the day such as yoga to muscle pumping workout routines. These classes are free to all paying members.

There is also pool located inside the gym where people can go have swim to warm up before their workout. TVs are littered all over the gym to keep you entertained while you work up a sweat. The TVs where the cardio machines are, require you to actually exercises to listen to the TVs making the workout more worthwhile.

Before you leave the gym you can also select a drink from their wide variety of protein shakes and fluid replenishment drinks.

A hobbyist galore. Though a bit pricey, they have almost everything you can think of. They sell things from toy cars to scale model of real cars. They also so have other collectable tidbits like trading cards and the sorts.

Fast, tasty food suitable for families or couples. Though the interior dining area is small, it has a takeaway service which makes it convenient. The flavours of the food from this restaurant are different compared to ther other Chinese restaurants in Adelaide but in a good way.

Amazing noodles both Chinese and Vietnamese. I highly recommend people to try the combination beef noodle soup there as it is delicious and worthwhile. Doesn't cost much and get more then you pay for.

Nice authentic tasting Chinese cuisine fit for any type of person no matter what the taste. Classy and modern Asian decor makes for a relaxed meal. Lunch times they serve yum cha and also has dinners.

A newly opened beauty salon which looks very modern but doesn't style as well as it looks. Looks can be deceiving. They have nail art available, haircuts and make-up. Very expensive hair products also on sale.

Fast, affordable and delicious! Chef Lai is a small take-away restaurant located in Firle plaza. It does lunch and dinner with sit-in and take-away. The food there is cooked fast and tastes brilliant.

Move over krispy kreme and bring on Gourmet Glaze! Adelaide doesn't have a doughtnut store like krispy kreme but Gourmet glaze can match it in quality. There are many different choices to choose from. Highly recommended that you try their plain glaze doughtnut.
