Melissa and Tristan are awesome trainers! Their support and guidence has kept me motivate and helped me reach my goals. The sessions are family friends and it has helped set a great example for my kids, both my kids get involved and love it! Melissa is an amazing massage therapist, she always finds the kinks and sorts them out!
