During the 2011 Floods my van was flooded these people went out of their way to assist in giving me the correct materials to fix as well as sizing and cutting to the materials for me. They are a small family business and everyone in the family knows all about what they sell from the smallest bolt to correct paints to use. Prices are very reasonable - quality service you cannot beat

They bend themselves backward to assist everyone and if they cannot help they will point you in the right direction - they do not rush you to get to the next person they make you feel important- they spent days looking and phoning other offices for a lost parcel for me - their gift shop is clean neat and inexpensive something there for everyone

The food is cooked on site and is always fresh - they offer excellent eating area for adults as well as children - I left my key card there when passing through and nothing was too much trouble for them in getting it back to me
