Staff are super friendly and helpful, I particularly love the "take-me-show-me" approach.
Checkouts are opened when more service is needed, allowing staff to maintain the well presented shop while they aren't serving.

My children love attending and staff are like extended family. Any queries I have are always quickly seen to, and staff go above and beyond to provide help and advice. The indoor areas are full of inspiring toys/equipment for the kids, and the outdoors are beautiful.
