I must be the only one in the whole of Melbourne who is unhappy here. Their ad says from $45 with loads of 5 star reviews and I cannot find any poor reviews. Their contractor had been at my house for about 5 mins when I was told it will cost $680 for 2 hours to clear my blocked drain, I was given the option of not carrying on but I needed my blocked drain cleared, at the end of two hours he had found out where the blockage was to which I was told it would cost $8600 to fix, yep $8600. As of today there is still a blockage and I am $680 out of pocket. I guess the answer is more fool me, so whilst the guy worked for two hours, what hourly rate is he on and for $8600, how many men for how many days at $100 per hour that’s 86 hours of work, still as I said more fool me.
