Great vineyard, very picturesque, but most importantly amazing wines. Love the Katnook Estate reds however the biggest compliment goes to the girls at the cellar door. Very attentive despite being busy, made us feel welcome and comfortable. Also made some great recommendations in the local area that were gold mines. Thanks again

Terrific experience and a great alternative to another bush walk. Did the zip lining too which was great fun run by great guides.
Expect to spend half your day at this place if you are doing the walk and the zip lining. Not many other ways to get up close to the tops of Mountain Ash trees!

We booked in for one night as a stop over on the trip home. After spending a night we HAD to extend our holiday and book another night. Wayne was the most helpful and friendly host I've encountered. The room was also terrific with ocean views and great bathroom.

The best cafe in Richmond, not pretentious like other cafe's in Richmond, dine inside or outside, great food and coffee and the friendliest staff.

Simply flawless from start to finish, sales, accounts, delivery all made the process enjoyable as it should be!

We recently had the need to buy some timber for our deck base railing and were unable to source it through a major hardware store.

Having found your firm's advertisement in the local Progress Press, we contacted your Heathmont store in the first instance and spoke to Rusty, who was incredibly helpful
and assisting, even though we required only a little over 2 metres of customised base railing. He advised me of what you had in stock, but unfortunately, it wasn't of the same dimensions as the existing base rail.

Therefore, Rusty put me onto your Ferntree Gully store where I spoke to Daniel. Like Rusty, Daniel was very helpful and very courteous. Having brought in a cross-section of the existing base-rail on Friday morning, I was advised that it was ready to be picked up in the early afternoon. What a fantastic service in turn-around time too.

Upon picking up the goods (and buying a couple of extra 'requirements' in the store), the two gents remaining in the yard were also extremely courteous and carried the materials to my car and even loaded them in for me.

Therefore, I would truly like to say thank. you so very much for making this experience such a pleasure and for the incredibly courteous and helpful staff that you have with you.
They are certainly a fantastic asset.
