Parking is great and safe like all car parks but more than that The owners are lovely. The woman that drove us to the airport was great with our kids and just really kind. Do yourself a favour and park here next time you need to fly.

I am amazed with the superior customer service at travelgear.com.au. After receiving a missing order I promptly emailed my complaint. To my surprise I received a reply just minutes later. Even better, they offered to hand deliver (!) the missing item to my door on a weekend. I received a personal phone call and apology from Tim (the manager?) with a offer to drive to Ocean Grove to deliver my item. I haven't experienced this kind of customer service before. Would definitely recommend this company.
