I found this practice to be very impersonal and expensive. I took my cat with a very clear problem, and after a very expensive blood test and the recommendation of fluids over night, I left without the issue i went for, being treated. I declined the very expensive recommendation of fluids over night thankfully, as after taking her to my regular vet, this was not recommended. I left $450 down and the problem not addressed. I was left in a room for around 45mins with no clue what was going on. I felt they over book, and the vet on duty that day was going from room to room. I will definitely stick to my regular vet and avoid this practice if my pets ever fall ill on a weekend or public holiday. Do not recommend
