The vets are amazing here and I would recommend them to anyone. I have two older dogs with alignments and they always receive excellent care. They don’t over charge at all and provide quotes for more invasive treatment. If you love you animals take them here!

I found this practice to be very impersonal and expensive. I took my cat with a very clear problem, and after a very expensive blood test and the recommendation of fluids over night, I left without the issue i went for, being treated. I declined the very expensive recommendation of fluids over night thankfully, as after taking her to my regular vet, this was not recommended. I left $450 down and the problem not addressed. I was left in a room for around 45mins with no clue what was going on. I felt they over book, and the vet on duty that day was going from room to room. I will definitely stick to my regular vet and avoid this practice if my pets ever fall ill on a weekend or public holiday. Do not recommend

Yesterday Chesnut had surgery on her knee at this Veterinary Hospital and I am truly appreciative of all that they did for her. Today, Chesnut is wide awake - resting easily, eating well and drinking well. Sure she is sore, but she got up this morning and hobbled about for a bit and I even took her outside to go potty - which she did (under me supervision). She is now resting again in her bed. Just so the Staff at BV C&H know, Chesnut again does not have to wear the cone of shame, she just doesn't lick at her wounded knee. She did the same when she was desexed, the stitches never seemed to worry her at all. I am pretty proud of my little girl and how well she is coping and bouncing back and its only day 2!!!! Thank you BVC&H for your wonderful care of my little girl.

I have used this veterinary service for my last 4 cats .great advice and service. Gives very clear information and also options.

After our vet retired we were reccomended to here wow really gentle with our hairy daughter very friendly and helpfull and our dog liked them

I took my cat here once when he had been in a fight and I couldn't afford the whole amount so they allowed me to make payments to get him through! All the staff are lovely and the vets are very caring.

My family have been taking our pets here for years! Every time that we went there it was a pleasant & nice experience for both our pet& ourselves. Wonderful service from very friendly, polite & compassionate people!

We've visited this Vet about four times and each time we have been impressed with the quality, service and price. We've had a different vet on each visit and they have each been approachable and friendly and excellent with our dog.

They have always been very professional, friendly and understanding when we have needed to take our pets there.
They provided great care and treatment for our cats, through regular check ups and during the unfortunate emergency trips too.

Unfortunately had to take my cat to the vets and it turned out he was very ill. The clinic was very good at letting us know what options we had for treatment, likelihood of success along with estimate of cost.
