I received my replacement watch face yesterday. I now have a working watch again - and a very clean one since I took the opportunity for a clean.

I absolutely love my watch and was heartbroken when it stopped working and i'm so pleased not only to have it working again but at a fraction of the cost I thought would be involved.

I have always loved Ravish Designs jewellery (in fact, i'm wearing one of my many pairs of their earrings today) but now I know they have stunning customer service to match.
