Terrible service if something goes wrong!

We had someone come out recently for a 5 hour spring clean prior to selling our house. She did a lot of damage, and I had to do about two hours of cleaning myself to clean up after her. If I had time to clean I wouldn't have called a cleaner!

Absolute domestics seemed uninterested in compensating me for the extra cleaning I had to do, or the time spent taking photos and chasing them up. They did initially offer to do something about the damage so I sent some photos through. They gave me the wrong email address to begin with. Since they told me the right one I have still not heard back from them, not even an email saying that they have received the photos. I don't even know if I should be getting quotes for repairs. They say on their website that they have insurance that will cover damages but they don't tell you that they have terrible service so it'll be a really painful process if anything gets damaged, and that they won't compensate you for the time spent cleaning up after them.

I'm currently selling my house and the damage to my stove has been remarked upon by at least one person. Absolute domestics doesn't seem to care that it is urgent for me.

They've also ignored my requests to have the cleaning fee refunded so I have effectively paid them to damage my house, make me clean up after them and ignore me. Terrible.
