Found some great bargains in this little store, however stood at the counter whilst 2 employees stuffed around behind the counter ... waited a considerable amount of time before being served if you could call it that, would not return to this store after this visit
This store is very confusing in the sense there are bits and bobs here and there the shoe racks are mixed up and just an eyesore to the store.
Service stafff dont go out of the way to end the shopping experience on a good note , disappointing from a tourist point of view.
Had a ball in this store, trying on some gorgeous looking hats from different eras.
Had a lovely feel to the store, staff were friendly and so many hats to choose from there is definately something for everyone here.
A wonderful calming atmosphere in this store with very affordable and delightful smelling products and artwork on show. Very enjoyable
WOW ... what a beautiful store, great atmosphere and gorgeous products, a must visit when in Leura
Really excitied when we visited this local store then I got to the counter, 2 young staff members were fighting over who would serve , product i had chosen had been labelled wrong price wise and counterstaff were lost as to what to do, it seemed understaffed being it was school holidays and the amount of people going through it could have been managed better ....
Visitied this quaint little cafe on a recent trip to Leura, left disappointed.
Apart from there being too many chairs and tables restricting movement of any kind makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere.
Upon receiving my meal, coffee was luke warm and croissant certainly wasn't fresh even after being mildly heated .
Just an all round disappointing experience on what was otherwise a beautiful day out
Personally very disappointed at meals served. Salads and vegetables costing extra on top of an already pricey menu for what is received.
Wait staff couldn't manage a smile during the whole visit.
Heating was uncomfortably warm and sun shades did no job at blocking out the sun causing us to wear our glasses inside.
Seated at the rear of the restaurant next to the toilets there is no privacy screen so when a lady escorting 4 children to the disabled toilet sat there with the door open so she could monitor the children waiting we were given a lovely showing during our meal of the toileting experience of these children. Totally unacceptable, unenjoyable and would not waste my time returning to this venue.
Really disappointing experience here with my family. Meals were not served together and even then weren't hot / fresh. Hair in vegetables, no flavour for pasta or pizza. Two televisions detract from any meaningful conversations that could occur, way overpriced for service and food quality delivered. Very disappointing experience all round.
This friendly family butcher is an absolute pleasure to visit any time of the day, greeted with a big smile, polite service and the freshest of meats i have since changed from buying the pre packaged stuff from woolworths to the taste and reasonable priced local butcher. Very grateful to live in this community with like minded store owners
