We were introduced to Defence health through a family member and couldn't fault their service and cost, Great communication and benefits offered all round

My toddlers have a ball here... poor wallaby's don't know what's hit them , appreciate the vouchers advertised regularly to make this a fantastic, enjoyable and affordable day out

Have been to a few conferences here and everytime and disappointed that they cant lift their game.
Very Uncomfortable seats for day conference let alone being squashed in like sardines.
One entry and exit point for all these people to utilise throughout day
Food is not convenient considering 95% of atendees are stuck sitting on the floor or any available space like schoolchildren then it is served on crockery to make matters worse.
Dread seeing this company listed as venue

Ate here for lunch recently and feel it has declined rapidly. Staff have no wow factor with service so much so that we were passed from one to another like some childs game for ordering drinks and meals as it was obvious the staff wern't on speaking terms with each other.
Very unprofessional and ruins the dining experience as did the burnt food we received. Too much competition out there to bother returning.

Have been to this store numerous times now and am continually disappointed by the service, staff attitude ( which is there in bucketloads) the food is nothing to write home about mass produced so little taste.
Customer Service is not high on this store's list and look out if you don't know the menu ..no time to waste here staff need to get back to socialising.... customers are an inconvenience.

Enjoyed my time here but would prefer to choose to pay for my coffee rather than charge me a fee for entry and include a free one .
Not really aimed at families on one wage with such high cost.

Compared to its competitors this playcentre is looking very tired and in desperate need of renovating.
Food / Drink is terrible , coffee cold upon arrival from an overly nervous and undertrained staff member
Price is cheap but then it needs to be to get you through the door.

Beautiful work by this local florist, have purchased from a couple of times when I'm up this way and she uses as many localised products as possible which I love.
Reasonably priced, definately a go to if your lucky enough to be in this area

Attended a trivia night here last night, was caught up at the front desk with the computer system saying I'm in the designated area when clearly on the board I'm not, elderly gentleman running front desk very slow, and trivia mc in same age bracket made it a very long night could definately use a stronger person running the show and children running around very distracting .

Had the pleasure of dining here last night and service was exceptional, wait time minimal, cleanliness 200% , staff working like a well oiled machine to provide fantastic service, reasonably priced and very tasty meals.
