Professional nail technician, beautiful surroundings, personal touch ( not made to feel like a number)

Smashed back screen on iphone , had it fixed at this business, had to return the following day as camera was blurry had further wait to fix , being that I am not local was very disappointing having to lug my 2 toddlers out 2 days in a row with no apologies made.

Earlier last year I put in a request to refinance my mortgage the person dealing with this request wasted so much of my time but after signing some paperwork felt I had to wait and go through with the service I had stupidly chosen.
Contacting management of this business after such a poor experience went no where so personally I can't wait to get away from them and not have anything to do with this company again.

I found the booking system for this business very frustrating with having babysitting to work in with session times , ( they are not open late) they charge if you dont turn up for meeting but also ring you the day before to make sure you attend which i really found annoying but also rudeness from reception, then in the sessions I dont feel any resolutions were made to help deal with issue of being there making me not want to waste any more time or money .

Can't speak highly enough of Michael and his work.
Providing a mobile service for house , business or car tinting he is very professional, affordable and his work is very high quality.

Fantastic guys, I had an issue with my 4wd that had them stumped but they did not let it get the better of them.
Communication is fantastic they keep you updated on cost etc and don't talk down to you ( being female) when explaining problem and what work has been done

As a stay at home mum I was looking to volunteer some time to this organisation and put in requests, I thought that they would jump at the chance to have someone volunteering their time to their cause ( helping elderly / disabled with visits or shopping etc.)
It took up to 6 weeks with me constantly chasing them to even get registration forms and a bunch of excuses in regards to person tying things up for maternity leave.
I don't believe a business should suffer because someone is due to leave expecially not an organisation this size and with such a high need in the community.

After a bad experience at 17years old I hadn't been to the dentist in 15years but couldn't hold out any longer.
The staff at Minchinbury are second to none.
They are professional yet caring, have a very modern and clean establishment with ample staff and dentists to please any customer.
Can't speak more highly of this crew.

Able to shoot on location or in the studio she puts that little bit extra into her work.
Professional outlook, patient and very flexible I have purchased gift vouchers for newborn sessions etc and all have enjoyed her work and are return customers.
