Complete joke for a Dentist! Make you run around and jump through hoops to get any work done. Have given this dentist 2 trys hoping they would improve and suffice to say I will never go back there.Went in for a wisdom tooth...wanted $1200 to remove then said I needed root canal not wisdom and it would be nearly $3000. Walked out with nothing done....very upset with this dentist....don't waist your time. Yes they look professional and nice and clean but the service is shocking...be warned! Nothing was explained to me or shown to me I was just told "this is what you need to do..." I will never waste my time with this Dentist again!!

My husband went to Minchinbury Dental to see a hygienist and get a clean.
The hygienist only managed to do half a job, literally only the bottom row of teeth and then told him he needed to rebook because they were out of time.
Upon rebooking they told him he needed to pay FULL PRICE for the top row to be cleaned.
We received very unprofessional and rude customer service. We have taken the matter to fair trade and will never be visiting this unclean practise again.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE FOR HALF A JOB!!!
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME..
You will pay full price for half a job and then receive horrible customer service.
How unprofessional! Very disappointed!

I have been going here for more than 10 years. Great staff, and it really is pain free dentistry. You always know that the care and advice given is spot on. It costs a bit more but you get what you pay for.

I've been coming here for a few years now, as well as my husband and we both wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are wonderful, and the facilities are great, you don't feel like your in a dental surgery. They have large flat screen TV's on the wall for you to watch and relax when your having anything done. In the past I've always put off a dentist visit, but I don't anymore, I've never had a bad experience, and I've never had a painful experience!

They offer pain free dentistry and the mean it too... A while ago while eating a jatz of all thing I had a big chunk of one of my teeth fall out. All I could feel was this big crunch when I went the chew the jatz =S With very little money I had no other option but to go to the free clinic at westmead and get a temporary filling put in, which proceeded to fall out on the drive home but that's another story...When I eventually had enough of the pain and food being stuck in the massive whole I now had I decided to go back to the dentist where my mum had always taken me. Ended up having to have the whole tooth removed it was so bad. So In I go with only a local to have one of the back top teeth pulled out. He warned me that I would maybe feel some pressure but that mostly it would be the noise that got me. If you have ever heard it you will know what I mean. I can hear all these cracking sounds and he's pulling out little pieces of my tooth at a time & honestly I couldn't feel a thing. That is until those wonderful pain meds they give wear off! LOL

After a bad experience at 17years old I hadn't been to the dentist in 15years but couldn't hold out any longer.
The staff at Minchinbury are second to none.
They are professional yet caring, have a very modern and clean establishment with ample staff and dentists to please any customer.
Can't speak more highly of this crew.

SERVICE WAS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HAPPY. TOOK LESS THEN 30MINS TO TAKE MY WISDOME TOOTH OUT. I WAS IMPRESSED.JUST THE BILL WAS A LITTLE TO MUCH.BUT HEY CANT COMPLAIN THEY TOOK MY PAIN AWAY LOL

This is the most professional dentist office I have ever been to. There is a playstation to keep the kids amused, tvs in each of the surgeries to keep the patient amused. As I am in a health fund, there is usually no out of pocket expenses.

I have been going to this dentist for many years. I find both dentists are very professional and have had plenty of experience. There is a warm atmosphere, the staff are really friendly and this makes the whole experience of going to the dentist less daunting. The service fees are pretty high but if you are with a health fund then it works out okay.
