I visited ARH back in 2011 because my quaker parrot suddenly fell ill and it was on a Sunday and we knew a lot of Vet Clinics would not be opened. We were recommended by someone to take our bird to ARH because of how they are open 24 hours. Long story short, my quaker parrot is still with me today, all thanks to Dr Stacy who was the Exotics Vet at the time. He was so compassionate and he made sure to do everything he could to find the source of my bird's problem. I even rang at midnight once because I wanted to know of my bird's status and a lovely Vet Nurse kindly told me how he was going and was very polite and well spoken. I was also sad to find out that Stacy went to Melbourne, but I will still be coming to you guys if anything ever happens again.
