I am very disappointed & upset with Calabro Bridal Men’s wear at Wetherill Park.
I ordered & purchased 7 suits for my son’s wedding back in April for the wedding in August which then got postponed to December due to covid. The suits didn’t come in till mid October & from then there was a number of problems with the suits they where all wrong sizing, pants were supposed to be slim fit & were more of a very baggy fit. Each suit needed alterations from putting in & hemming the pants, fixing jackets & the seamstress got it wrong every time the boys went for a fitting. Majority of the shirts & the grooms jacket all needed dry cleaning as they were dirty. The pageboys vest looked like it was a hired vest & the assistant kept getting the pageboys colour of suit wrong (vest bow tie). I paid for new suits & more than 100% sure that some items were not brand new. After being extremely upset & complaining at the store another Sales Assistant tried to help to get them right. Once picking the suits up there was still problems which needed to be fixed by my own tailor & an extra expense to me & to top it off the grooms pants split in the crutch on leaving home on the morning of the wedding & by the end of the night they where split all the way up the back. I spent a large sum of money on new suits, definitely did not get value for money. What is very disappointing Calabro management still to today have not contacted me in relation to the matter at all & no compensation has been given. I would not recommend Calabro Bridal men’s wear to anyone.
