I am very disappointed & upset with Calabro Bridal Men’s wear at Wetherill Park.
I ordered & purchased 7 suits for my son’s wedding back in April for the wedding in August which then got postponed to December due to covid. The suits didn’t come in till mid October & from then there was a number of problems with the suits they where all wrong sizing, pants were supposed to be slim fit & were more of a very baggy fit. Each suit needed alterations from putting in & hemming the pants, fixing jackets & the seamstress got it wrong every time the boys went for a fitting. Majority of the shirts & the grooms jacket all needed dry cleaning as they were dirty. The pageboys vest looked like it was a hired vest & the assistant kept getting the pageboys colour of suit wrong (vest bow tie). I paid for new suits & more than 100% sure that some items were not brand new. After being extremely upset & complaining at the store another Sales Assistant tried to help to get them right. Once picking the suits up there was still problems which needed to be fixed by my own tailor & an extra expense to me & to top it off the grooms pants split in the crutch on leaving home on the morning of the wedding & by the end of the night they where split all the way up the back. I spent a large sum of money on new suits, definitely did not get value for money. What is very disappointing Calabro management still to today have not contacted me in relation to the matter at all & no compensation has been given. I would not recommend Calabro Bridal men’s wear to anyone.

Very disappointed in this business. I Ordered my wedding dress from them and didn't hear from them for months. I was getting worried as it was getting closer to my wedding so I went into the store for an update on my dress. I was advised that the lace for my dress had been discontinued and that they were making my dress with a different lace and that they had tried to call me but I hadn't answered. When I informed them that I had not received any calls from them.. it turned out they had put an incorrect phone number but what was more disappointing was the fact they didn't try to contact me through my secondary number which was my fiancés or my email address. The lace was my favorite part of the dress and the fact the [redacted due to personal identifier] had decided on her own to use a different lace and then tell that I wouldn't even tell the difference was very disheartening as they took my special day as a joke to them making me get a dress I didn't choose. When I informed them that I wanted to cancel this order as it's not the dress I choose they advised the store has nothing to do with it and that I had to email the accounts.
I found that the Calabro team were very dishonest as they made me pay for something they didn't have in stock and tried to trick me into something else as it was getting closer to my wedding and I wouldn't have any options. This is still ongoing issue as the accounts are not replying my emails and I will have to take this further. This is very stressful as this business is not trying to resolve an issue they created for me.

After looking high and low I said YES TO THE DRESS at Calabro Bridal Wetherill Park. After having a few bad experiences at the other bridal stores, the staff at Calabro were lovely. We also Purchased suits, Bridesmaids, flower girl and mother of the bride and mother of the groom dresses. Everything was perfect.

The alteration lady did an amazing job on my dress. The prices were very reasonable compared to most stores. Gowns arrived in time considering I ordered them a little late.

I would highly recommend this place. If you are serious about finding your wedding dress and after quality and service well this is the place to go.

My niece is getting married in 10 days has no suits!! One of the bridesmaid dresses is 2/3 inches above the shoes and she has been measured several times!!

Calabro bridal has been helpful in every way. My sister just bought her wedding dress from Calabro and they are amazing. She looked stunning, we are doing suits to and Calabro prices are reasonable. The quality is amazing too. I have 3 sisters and all 3 got the dress from Calabro and we did suits and brides maids and mother of the bride too. The staff at Calabro are fun and always helpful. I recommend Calabro to everyone. Everything was just perfect. We are very happy with this service. Everything was very easy and thats what we all needed. Thank you once again Calabro wetherill Park

Bought my daughters wedding dress from here recently, the girls were very helpful and patient with helping her choose. I found the quality good for the price when comparing in the ares. My daughter and myself were very impressed with this store.

We hired five men's suits from here - 1 for the Groom, 3 Groomsmen and one Pageboy. All five people went for full measurements and fittings prior to the suits being ordered. The suits were picked up a week before the wedding. The first Groomsmen's pants were far too short. When he drove back specially to swap them over, he was told to come back the next day! He said "I don't have time for this. I am here NOW, and I'm not leaving until you give me the correct size" Then they "magically" found the right size, and he got it swaped over within 10 minutes of kicking up a fuss. The second Groomsmen's shirt was completely the wrong size and wrong colour - white, not ivory (like the rest). He also had to make a special trip back to get this sorted out. The third Groomsmen and Pageboy were interstate, but since they had already been measured up previously, they trusted all would be well. Not so - the third groomsmen's suit was FAR too big, but he had no time to change, so wore a ridiculously over-sized suit on the day! The page boy's suit was about two sizes TOO SMALL!! He couldn't even wear the jacket, and we had to roll up his shirt sleeves as they were SOOO short and couldn't button up around his arm! When we returned the suits after the wedding, we asked for a refund for the Pageboy, since he didn't even wear half of the suit, as they had given the wrong size - but Calabro refused, and wouldn't even offer an apology. I would not recommend this business to anyone. After mentioning how disappointed I was with Calabro, another friend advised that she too had experienced similar problems with that company, and she had even threatened to go take them to the Fair Trades Ombudsman, they were so upset.

Had great help from the ladies there. We had 3 of us girls all in there at once trying on dresses for a wedding. They were great in giving us advice on colours and sizing. Pricing was as expected for bridesmaid dresses.

Great for hiring formal wear for weddings for the best men and groom's side. Excellent service, were flexible when we wanted to extend dates for hire of certain items. Can hire shoes, ties, nice range of suits, shirts.
