Would not recommend this business. Purchased a iPhone 6 Plus straight from the box I put on a hardcase cover and tempered screen protector it had issues with screen freezing with set up. After a few weeks of issues I contacted them they asked me to try a few things soft reset etc nothing worked iTunes wouldn’t reconize the device they sent me the warranty info and where to send it to be looked at by their repairers and it’s a 4-6 week turn around after reading info I knew I was covered as phone was taken care of no damage what’s so ever i could of had it looked at by my local repairers for $100 and had it back in a few hours but I sent it off as had warranty they sent a confirmation they received it a few days later with a picture attached which I didn’t see at the time however viewing later it looked like shadows not damage weeks later I email to find out what’s happening they send me report phone is physically damaged I have to pay $265 for repairs attached were pictures showing it had been damaged, chunks missing from frame they still have the phone as I’m not paying for damages caused either duting travel or while in there care nor will I pay $55 for a damaged phone to be sent back I lodged a claim to consumer protection the business hasn't replied to consumer protection so I have now had to lodge a claim in the magistrates court to get action. I feel this company and its subcontractors need to be investigated for its practices it is disappointing as a customer to be treated badly when I’ve done the everything that was asked of me
