I recently purchased an apartment through William Winter at Castran Gilbert and felt looked after from start to finish. This was an off-the-plan purchase, so settlement took place 18 months after signing the contract. In the first instance William took a personal approach by informing me of other purchasers in the building with children. Throughout the process William regularly kept me updated with the progress of the development and was always quick to respond to any enquiries I had, with frank open disclosure of what was going on. This professionalism with a personal touch gave me the security that everything was done by the book, as well as keeping me in the loop. For example, when the hoped-for pre-Christmas settlement didn’t take place until February, William was up front about it being in the hands of the titles office and there was nothing anyone could do. After settlement William chased up some emails that I had forgotten about, even though Castran Gilbert had already been paid for a complete job.
