The staff are usually friendly although I have had an instance where I ordered something and never heard back from them. They have quite a good range of scrapbooking supplies, stamps, ribbons, etc. and frequently run technique classes.

I have found Lollipops to usually be clean and reasonably tidy (given the nature of the place!). The staff are friendly and responsive. Main downfall - the coffee is far from great!

The owners are wonderful - very friendly and offer great customer service (the other members of the team are OK, but could definitely learn something about customer service from the cafe owners!). The dutch poffertjes are divine, and as you would expect by the name, the selection of tea is amazing. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining (with an open fireplace inside for the winter months). On Sunday's they have live jazz in the outdoor section. Immediately next door to the tea house is a small children's play area so the kids can stay occupied while you enjoy your tea.

The Cook & Grocer is a cafe as well as a place that makes family-style meals that you can take home. I think most of the food is made on the premises so it's fresh and delicious. The coffee is great, although a little expensive for the size of the cup! It has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and kids are welcome (they have a little kids table and chairs plus a few toys) and offer free baby chinos

Daisy & Dandelion provide a range of services to support women in small business - peer advisory groups, networking, workshops, etc. They provide a great resource, have a wealth of information to share, and the cost is really economical.

I found that the owner responded promptly to my enquiries and offered a trial class prior to signing up. The class was run in a professional but friendly manner (suitable to the age group being taught). All of the class participants seemed to enjoy themselves and there was no "hard sell" to sign up.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a lot of products - clothing, shoes, gifts, etc. The prices are reasonable but not what you would call a bargain.

A non threatening environment with really friendly trainers makes it a great way to exercise. There are heaps of other Mums there so there's an opportunity to make new friends as well. The kids are entertained by a nanny at no extra charge, which is fantastic.

I had all of my venetian blinds cleaned plus one vertical blind. They turned up to quote when they said they would and were able to undertake the service very quickly. They turned up at the agreed time, completed the work on time and re-fitted the blinds when they said they would. It was quick, it was easy, and they were competitively priced.
