This has become our permanent fish & chip shop. We've found it best to place orders over the phone as they ore often very busy - don't be put off by their shortness over the phone, as once you're in the store they're really quite lovely and happy to please.
I particularly love their grilled flake, their fried flake is awesome too. And their hamburgers with the lot are delicious and they don't leave you feeling like you've just eaten a tub of lard!
*sometimes their chips may be a little underdone, but we take that in stride as everything else is really good and we appreciate how busy they get.
