My mother never received her flowers on the anniversary of my fathers passing. Though not totally the flower company's fault - the florist had changed hands and no communication had been sent. I was assured by the flower company that my mother would be called and an upgraded bunch would be sent the next day, but this did not happen. Despite sending emails to contact me I still had to call. The flower company did refund me in full within a few days.
