I have been going to this salon off and on for nearly ten years but was very disappointed with my last two appointments. I had my hair coloured and requested dark blonde but came out with streaky white/yellow blonde and clumps of uneven colour. I went back to have my hair cut and waited 35 minutes for the stylist to begin cutting my hair. The hair cut took 1.5 hours because they stylist was dealing with two clients at once. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Very pricey too.
