Being the "Nervous Nellie" that I am when it comes to visiting the dentist, I was very apprehensive and worried about finding a new dentist after migrating from Victoria and was hugely surprised to find such a professional, patient and thoroughly friendly dentist here in Hervey Bay, Qld. I am so lucky to have found him!

Having moved from a large cinema complex in Bendigo, Victoria we were a little worried about the cinema facilities in Hervey Bay....we had no need to worry...fantastic set up and the staff are so helpful and friendly. All the latest movies just "up the road" from us, parking no problem and we have yet to strike any overcrowding...just love it!

Thought we had found a little treasure in Maddigan's fish and chippery when we first moved to Hervey Bay. The first time we bought flake & chips it was just beautiful and tender. We have been back twice since on a Friday night for the same and had to throw it out...the fish was full of gristle and like chewing boot leather....surely we are not the only ones to have experienced this....won't be back there again but will try the fish & chippery at Point Vernon now, fingers crossed!
