itouch asked me to post a review of my experience, so I will. I came over from the UK about three months ago and was struggling to find work (financial analyst). It's not that I couldn't get the interviews, its just I wasn't getting the right interviews. I was hesitant about parting money at first, but I did need to do something. Anyway, the resume process included a Questionnaire which was done on email (quite taxing...pardon the pun). I also sent some examples of jobs I wanted to apply for. When I received my resume, I was taken aback by how someone can view my experience in a different way. I guess my own version was very micro, and a bit of a shopping list. The version itouch produced gave me a "wow". Two weeks later, and I got two call backs from similar jobs that I had previously been rejected (actually I never heard back). I was delighted to receive a call in for interview. I have since secured a job and I honestly believe if it wasn't for the work they did, I would have taken a lesser role and been passed over for the roles I wanted.
