No service & no delivery
Quick to take my money including EXTRA for Express Post delivery but six days later still no delivery and they are refusing to look into their FAILURE. Australia Post Claim Chemist Warehouse incorrectly filled out the postal information so I contacted Chemist Warehouse to get them to contact Australia Post to rectify their fault yet they REFUSE. Meanwhile I am out of Pocket and out of Medication.

UNHELPFUL and dishonest. Has pop up windows advertising free shipping for orders over $51.00 then charges $12.95 on a $74.00 order. Chemist Direct is also know as Pharmacy Online and the help lines are answered by rude unhelpful staff.

VERY Fast processing of my orders and always correct. After Market products supplied for my Cannon and Epson printers are very economical and perform the same as originals. They offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 and my orders have always come EXPRESS POST. You even get periodic extra discount offers over and above the norm. I recently got free shipping plus 20% off on a small top up order as some sort of monthly special.

Ever since Australia Post took them over there has been no Delivery service at all.
They will no longer deliver to your door and expect you to drive to their depot or a Post Office for self collection which is NOT DELIVERY!.
Also VERY EXPENSIVE!
They Do Not answer e-mails!
Online tracking is inaccurate/deceptive!
