Surprisingly super fast delivery !

Lots of negative reviews here about Star track.
So I was naturally worried about my parcel delivery.
Well, what an absolutely amazing experience I had !
Parcel was sent from Melbourne yesterday afternoon at 4 PM
I've received it today, in Perth, at 12.47 pm !
Wonderful
I can't speak for others but my experience has been 5 stars.

Absolute garbage of a courier business, express parcels are well over the expected date while sitting in the local depot. I plan on never using startrack again, aus post standard service is faster by an absolute mile. Still waiting to hear back from them with any information about when it is leaving the local depot after over a week.

This company StarTrack is a disaster.
What the hell are you doing StarTrack?

Didn't you promise to take it on August 3rd? Telling me to wait next day and nextday and go on?
No matter how many times I call and ask, even their manager of StarTrack replies that they don't know why their driver doesn't pick up what he has to. doesn't even respond After a few days and several calls, they said they would come to pick it up in the morning of 8 Aug 2022, but they still haven't taken it. I want to sue this company, is there any way? If we do business like this, if we deceive our customers and do lies, isn't it a company that should be eliminated?

arrange for the package to be picked up yesterday between 9 am to 12 noon with the con note, first customer service said the arrange is for the next day on06/07/2022 here at Ringwood East, told them that I live at the back of the house, and provided my mobile number for the driver to call upon arrival, the next day after talking to 7 people I was forced to sit outside in my car yesterday in the cold because the driver does not call customer on arrival (what a load of BS really) and you have to be with the parcel for the driver to pick it up. I was in the car from 12.39 noon to 6 pm and still the driver never showed up. without talking to me, they change the pickup timing to today on 07/07/2022 and after spending so much time wasted from one petty supervisor to another, I gave up . called IINET and they were also furious about how sloppy and the lack of action by startrack and how I was treated. going to take it to the post office to send it, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE STARTRACK. THERE IS NO SERVICE AT ALL, ALL LIPS WORK AND NO PROFESSIONLISM AND TOTALL UNRELIABLE.

The worst service ever - especially in Victoria. How can David Jones / Star Track get it so wrong... you can get a case of beer from Dan Murphy's in an hour delivered to your door - but highly expensive goods cannot be delivered or tracked..... absolutely the worst service from both companies - the employment numbers are up (says XXXX Scott Morrison), only because XXXX can keep their jobs.... and provide XXXX service....

The page says previously Australian Air Express, well no,it was never Australian Air Express. But anyhow,

The reviews here that say the item went to a post office for collection, ISNT startrack express but Startrack Premium or other services, delivered by Australia Post contractors and drivers, not Startrack express. If you not sure, check the SERVICE on your tracking, if its NOT "Express", it is not Startrack, but Australia Post. They do ALL premium, fixed price premium, international, next flight, on and on. Startrack Courier is not Startrack express either, but a complete different business. They do same day metropolitan deliveries. Some or almost all reviews here are not anything to do with StarTrack "Express" at all, but probably Startrack Premium(Australia Post delivery service) or Startrack Courier(owned by Australia Post).

Startrack Express can accept items from the other, that are not their own, to assist, as they are owned by THE other business, just like taking a very remote EXPRESS delivery to a post office as a arranged redirection by startrack express receiver,they will assist.

Check the service on your tracking and then review it on the right page.

The absolute worst courier service that I have ever used. Urgent medication posted and needed very badly and they do not know where it is! Sent from a location only 2 hours away, and they can't find it. Sent November 25!!! I will NEVER use star track again. Useless and a rip off! I have filed a complaint with the postal ombudsman.

Parcel sitting at the depot (express delivery) and it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received the parcel - tried calling and no one picked up. Really frustrating to receive such poor service, shows they have no organisation or care in the work they do

Driver can't find address twice in Melbourne metro yet every other courier service can. No attempt at googling, or phoning customer. Hopeless, service

I'm really disappointed by delivery service. First time attempted delivery: I was not home, just a SMS message; no card left, no notification, no communication at all how to collect my parcel. Second time attempted delivery: I was home all day and I see a SMS message saying "attempted delivery" a card was left, when no one rang the bell and no card into the mailbox. Had to call to find out what happened. After no less than 30 minutes waiting I was told that the delivery driver could not find a car park. Are you serious? Your job is delivery, find a spot and ring the bell or just leave the car for 1 minute on the street to ring the customer or call the customer and ask to come down. Now I have to call the sender again to rearrange another delivery wasting more time when I need that parcel urgently as I need it for work.

If I could rate with zero stars I would. Every part of this service is terrible ….
1. Stuffed up my delivery twice… still havnt received it.
2. Your website broken, unable to enter address to complete.
3. Tryed calling and was on hold each time for over 45 minutes.
Truthfully I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy.

StarTrack delivered something from Bunnings to a parcel locker, courier rang me and said he was putting it in the parcel locker and I would get a code to open it.
I never got sent a code.
Lazy and careless subcontractors couldn't care less about their job or your package.
Well done Star Track! only the government could be this incompetent.

I was home during lockdown waiting for my parcel the whole day which was supposed to be an "express" parcel (I.e. according to their websites deliver within 1.5-3 hours). The parcel was on board the truck at 10:59am but it did not "arrive" til 3:50pm.

At 3:50pm, I checked my tracking record and saw that the delivery was "unsuccessful". I called up their number and had a bot say to me "no one was home at the time of the delivery". IT WAS DURING LOCKDOWN. MY WHOLE FAMILY WAS HOME...

I did not receive any texts/ cards in my letterbox so I called their customer service number to organise a redelivery for the next day. Who knows if they will actually deliver tomorrow. Best of luck to me.

StarTrack emailed and texted me that a parcel is to be deliver today. I live in a small unit and never miss the intercom call. Instead of someone ringing the intercom, I got a text message saying "we missed you and left a card in the mailbox". And there is no card in the mailbox. I think the parcel went straight to the local Aust Post to be picked up by customers.

They didn't delivery the package. But updated in their app as delivered. And asking me to contact sender. Worst service in Australia and spoiling the name of Auspost also.

Worse courier. Attempted to deliver twice to my unit but apparently “there was no way to ring the door bell or mail box” seriously how incompetent and lazy can these drivers be? It gets absolutely worse because it was 4-5days pass the ETA and no notice of this occurrence by the courier. I had to check the tracking and call them up to find out what was happening. Eta on the 25th of November now i don’t even know when I’m getting my parcel. Worse courier in the world. Why does this company still exist?

Do not use them. ‘Delivered’ something to me while I was out (despite it stating someone should receive it) and left it on my porch. It was stolen and now they are refusing to take responsibility.

Made a booking for pick up which never arrived. Look at all the 1 star reviews and the comments made, we can't all be wrong. Simply, use another courier, such a shame Australia Post owns Startrack, they obviously have nothing to do with the day to day running of Startrack.

I had a consignment to be delivered to me today. I was at home the whole time. while sitting I received a message saying they attempted to deliver my parcel and that they left a card on the permise! which is a big lie as I was there the minute I received the message. I call startrack customer service and tell them that I have just received the message and asked them what happened they say we can redeliver tomorrow. I said but i just received the message and asked if they could call the driver to deliver my item. They said they couldn't. I mean what sort of a terrible service is this!

They worst experience with Star Track. The driver left tyre burn marks on my driveway and Mario the Operations Manager who was a bully called up as rude as ever telling me I will have to take it up with the driver as he is a contractor. They Just washed their hands of the situation in a manner that was uncalled for. Will never be using them again and will be complaining to the company who used them for delivery. Shame of Star track delivery.

The absolute worst. I took a day off work to wait for my TPG modem to be delivered. The delivery guy buzzes my apartment. Within 5 seconds (literally), im at the apartment phone, speaking and trying to buzz him up. I hear nothing. I rush down stairs within 1 minute of him buzzing my apartment...he is gone.

Seems to me like these delivery guys are pure lazy and just go through the motions. They must have assumed I would not be home. What worse is I call their customer service, annoying as you have to speak to a machine first, and they couldn't do a think about it.

To add insult to injury, the delivery guy leaves a a 'missed parcel' card stating that I should pick up my package after 12pm on that same day from the nearest post office. I arrive at the post office at 1:15pm and it's not there either.

I'm still waiting for my modem.

This delivery company is incompetent. Businesses that use these guys need to re-evaluate their business model.

Disappointing.

Startrack is now dumping parcels in post office instead of delivering them at a cost of $9.35 each extra. Even though they have permission to leave. We cannot go back to our customers and ask them for another $9.35, and WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED.
Disgusting customer treatment .
This week alone we had 18 parcels non delivered to customers....bloody disgrace, avoid them.

Parcel was shown as delivered in full but it was delivered to the post office, even after I gave authority to leave it in a safe place at home knowing that no one will be home during business hours. Very incompetent, now I can’t get my parcel until the weekend, how useless is that!

Sydney to Wollongong delivery

Lost my new phone, after 1 week, after chasing continuously, Customer rep Ian (Samsung Specialist) replied to contact Samsung directly for refund or replacement.

Worst service ever, pathetic customer service with no responsibility. puts on hold for hours with no update on delivery or parcel.

Recommend to use any other service provider than StarTrack.

These drivers are useless never folllow simple instructions for leaving parcels with authority.
Then spend more time trying to ph and track item to pick up cost more time then the item totally useless

Calling them pathetic is a compliment. Staff are incompetent in the contact centre. Which is a given considering it's a contact centre and not customer service line as there is no service except the occasional lie. So my first delivery they indicated as delivered in full one day prior to when it was actually delivered. Second package was collected in Brisbane and sent straight to Australia Post whom are sending it here to Sydney. What's the point of start track premium service if it's just Australia Post? Either way if it was in an express post satchel I would have received it yesterday yet I'm still waiting .
