We went for Lunch and had the Open steak sandwich it was served on Turkish bread with salad and chip's but also was described with caramelized onions and home made tomato sauce. We couldn't eat all of ours and it did not disappoint.

They have member's night's and trip's, I didn't inquire about this, but from what I read it sounded good value.
A parma night for $11 and Thursday's a steak or Pot Pie night that I will have to try.

It is a nice pub with a homely/atmosphere feel to it and there's parking out front

I have been meaning to go in for some time but just never did? Strange because I love sourdough Bread.

I did on this day and bought a loaf of bread to try out and a sausage roll of with I am also a fan.
I LOVED their sausage rolls and I thought for the size of them they are reasonably priced, there seemed to be a touch of curry in and Oh so good.
The authentic sourdough bread is just as nice, I couldn't wait to cut the crust off when I got home for a sample.

Its a nice old building where a Tyre shop used to be and is still in its round shape and I thought unique.

My son's Wedding was held at Chateau Dore Winery & Receptions.

The garden's are Lovely as are the building's surrounding them.
The reception room's were all set out beautifully with the candle's, cake, flower's, place card's/stationary all supplied by my daughter-in-law.
The owner's of it are nice people also, The day was nice and sunny and everything went well.

The food was bad, reheated main meal meat's so I wasn't impressed with that. The finger food that went around outside was tasty.

I visited here only twice, and I have to say their motto is true, "Enter as a Stranger - Leave as a Friend" is true, I loved it and the warm feeling you get when looking around is like a hug.

They have a lovely range of fabric's, many Block's of the month to choose from lots of patterns and all of the Help you need to choose what ever you want.

My sister took me the first time and I found myself back there as I knew it was the only place in Vic I could get such a great range of anything Teddy.
We had coffee and cake that was home made and Devine. They were in a little house when I first went but have now moved, so I will have to go and look again on my next trip down to my sister.

I have marked the value down just the one as I have always thought no matter the shop, Quilting fabric is always way over priced. BUT that is the only reason.

This review is for Lenard's, Bendigo VIC

I can't say I was impressed with my last purchase from Lenard's and did shoot off an email about it. I was promised for something to be done about the chicken rolls I bought, but nothing as yet has been done 2 weeks later. That purchase was the Chicken and camembert with bacon rolls, there was no cheese

Apart from that, when I can afford to buy from them, their food is nice and tasty.
They have some good special's, so I look out for those.
They also have a reward's program on a card offer, I think it was buy 10 item's and the next free? but be sure to ask about it on your visit.

This review is for Autograph Fashion, Bendigo VIC

Autograph Fashion is for size's 14 to 26 and have a great range of outer garments to undergarment's.
I have found the staff in the Bendigo shop to be helpful, friendly the shop and change rooms to be always clean.

They have a club that offer's a voucher on your birthday, and a point build up system, although I didn't receive mine last year, I did email them about this, but nothing was done.

The clothing I have bought from there, is fashionable and the fabric's are quite nice, I would recommend to try thing's on though as my personal size is different in there as most other size 14 to 26 size shops.

There is nearly always a sale's rack just in the door way I have found some great bargains on.

This review is for Favourite Flavours, Bendigo VIC

We love to treat ourselves with a Gelato from Flavour's on the odd occasion. They have a lovely selection of Italian home made ice-cream's, Gelato's and frozen yoghurt's that are YUMMO. You can have you choice in a cup or waffle cone with two flavour's for $4.30

They stock herbs and spice's a nice selection of tea's and many other specialist items.

I noticed when we were in there last time they now have tables and chair's and serve light lunch's that we will have to try one day.

This review is for White Hills Fish Shop, White Hills VIC

One of the best Fish and Chippe's in Bendigo well worth the drive. I have heaps of chippe's near where I live but am happy to drive there always to get our food.

It was hot, the fish was freshly cooked when you order it. Home made potato cake's that I am a huge fan of and everything was nice a crispy how it should be.

There is a Double up menu with about 6 items that change each Monday,Tuesday. There are conditions that do apply, so just remember to ask for the DOUBLE UP is all.

They do phone order's, so pick up a free fridge magnet when your in next.

Heaps of parking to the side road and out front. there is a bit of a wait on those night's though

This review is for La Terrazza, Huntly VIC

verified email - 15 Feb 2013

I have been to La Terrazza on three occasions so far the last was our anniversary that is on Valentines day.

It was done up pretty last night with red rose's on each table,a heart shaped chocolate for each guest with romantic music playing a lovely atmosphere was all around.
The restaurant has been decorated with a Tucson feel and sitting amongst a vineyard with a lovely large out door area.

The food is authentic Italian and Lovely with every bite.
They serve Wood-fired Pizza, pasta and a great choice of chicken, veal and seafood and all are reasonably priced from $19 to the most expensive steak of $25 at the time of this post. The kids menu is basic, but something to suit all kids. The Dessert menu was yum and looked like something for everyone without having to much on it.
Service was fantastic, hot plates with hot food served at the same time. There was a large table seated the night we were there it was nice to see all of them being served together.

A great wine menu with wine's of there own there is also tasting barrels in the entry if you wanted to try the red's, I would think you would have to ask if you wanted to test the white's, but I'm a sweet wine girl so I didn't try them. A good beer menu included Italian beer. I had an Irish coffee on the night and seeing as I have never had it before I have nothing to compare it to, but it was LOVELY, there was a few other liqueur coffees also.

They have a takeaway pizza, pasta menu, but DO NOT deliver.

There is plenty on room for wheelchairs and mums with prams inside. Heaps of parking

Approximate cost: $25

I have been here for so many different electrical home wear items and have always found them to be great price's. They do have some brand's we have heard of but mostly not, But having said that, there is a warranty on all items sold in-store so I don't find it a problem.

They have the bigger ticket item's for reno's like stove's and bathroom items that may be discontinued or maybe there is a scratch or dent on it.

All sorts of kitchen gadget's, garden decor and play equipment for the kids.

Heaps of parking, step's to the door's and helpful friendly staff
