I found this Bakery just after moving into town and love there food. A nice range of pie's sometime's I have seen a deal with buy a pie and get a sausage roll free, I think that is with the introduction of a new one as there was a new Lamb pie on that day.
Sandwich's, foccacia's and roll's all freshly made with a nice looking fresh salad bar.
I have bought their cream sponge to take to a friend's, they are moist and filled with cream.
A great range of home made bicky's as well.

Lots of table's inside, there is a few outside as well.

I found a shopper docket for this tiny little Indian restaurant the other day and thought we will go for lunch,

Well!!!!.

We Loved it, so Friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. They even had real table cloth's on the few table's they had in there, not like some now have paper one's I don't really like that.
The food was amazing, I had the Butter Chicken and my partner had a Beef Curry that wasn't hot at all they are really happy to help you select for their extensive menu for such a little place.
The price's were really value for money very reasonable, chicken, beef, lamb for around the $12 and the seafood around the $16. Lots of different sorts of bread's. We are just getting into Indian food's and if this is the standard of the little one's the bigger one's have a lot to live up to.

We will go back again without a shopper docket.

I did Not like this place in the least bit. I found the waitresses rude and not friendly in the least bit, the children's menu was next to nothing or nothing that tempted my kids and they ended up with a full meal that I was told they would receive a small size one like an entree size, well that's what I asked for and was told no problem I'll see if the chef will allow it, on not being told that it hadn't been approved they got a full meal and I was charged for it as well, I should have been told I think.
I ordered the crumbed chicken breast with salad and a potato and got a RAW, yes RAW chicken covered in toasted crumbed and veg with chip's, Nothing as I had ordered and did I say the chicken was RAW? on telling the waitress this she said there is no way it could possibly be and she walked off not even looking. I then went to the bar where we had ordered and told him, she was made to come back SNATCHED it from the table in a huff and took it back to the kitchen, I waited a very long time for the meal to come back out and by that time my daughter couldn't finish her's and I was Staving after watching everyone else finish there's. Mine Finally came back I then asked if she could pack it up please and I would take it with me, her reply floored me, We are not allowed to give doggy bags as they could lead to food poisoning if eaten at a latter date, I asked her again and again and then explained why as the other waitress refused to come back to the table, she still maintained it would never happen. With all of this I was shocked and went to the bar guy again and asked him for my meal to be bagged up told him the reason, he was shocked not believing me, as I paid for everything before hand he said I have no recall for the mistake that was made.

I think they are happy to serve RAW food, but not let you poison yourself by eating their food out of the place. I will Never return and have told So many ppl about what had happened, they wont go there either.

Did I mention my Chicken was RAW

I can't say I was impressed the meal was averavge, the place was clean but I didnt like to feel of it for some reason and I could hear the pokie's I do hate that so that might be why. The kids didn't eat all of their and I felt a bit ripped off for that as they normally do.
Being new in town at the time, we wanted to try out a few different place's.

I have been here a few time's and the food is good the service isn't to bad and it does have a nice feel about it. I would like to try it again on the Monday's they have the specials night as I have heard it is good and great value for money and there is very little of that around now.
I found parking a pain though, I'm on a walking stick and couldn't find any disable parking.

This review is for Jin Yang Chinese Restaurant, Kangaroo Flat VIC

Jin Yang Chinese is my fave in Bendigo. They have a lunch box that is reasonable and very filling, I can never et all of mine that is only $9.50 you get to choose from a lunch menu and get a main and special friend rice, so nice to take to the park and have lunch as we sometime's do for a treat, their satay is the best ever.

They have an extensive menu of all of your Favourite's and a list of chef's specials to choose from.
After finding this place my family took me for a birthday dinner there, one of my daughter's young at the time didn't like anything take away but mac-donald's the waitress suggested we go next door for her and allowed us to let her eat in with us, I couldn't believe this and was very happy, I didn't want a fight on my birthday.
They have been there for over 30 years now and have history in the town.
It might look a little dated now, but the food is amazing AND THERE"S NO MSG ya gotta luv that, coz I know I do.
there's a Happy night on Wed $17.50 two course with coffee, Sunday is a SMORGASBOARD all you can eat.

Me 2U fashion is a nice shop to visit for up to date fashion, heaps of color many different style's size's from 8 to 16 some with larger size's and style's.
She has a range of handmade beaded jewellery. Ive been in here for a few things for my daughter's and have found 1 or 2 things for myself, I like the fashion she has, its up to date but not over the top and a bonus it is affordable. There is always a rake outside with sale garments on so that's always handy to have a look through.
She has been there for a few years and I hope for some to come as I do like to stick my nose in from time to time to see if there is anything for myself.
She is lovely, helpful and the chage rooms are clean.

I've been to a lot of chocolate shop's and this is up there to be one of the best.
You can now buy online as well.
They have a great range, something to suit everyone even those with dietary requirements.
All of the chocolate they use is fair trade.
It was built by a group of friends to make a very successful stop on the way to or from Daylesford. They have a window you can watch them making the chocolate's that's really interesting

They have a coffee shop and the ice chocolate is to die for, I drove there once just for that as I couldn't make it as well myself.

Heaps of parking check out the website though as they do sometimes close for a little in summer.

I've been here a number of time's to have different things done. Nail's, waxing and hair, it is affordable and all done by students. The instructors supervise all of the work they are doing and would not let you out the door unless your happy. The girls are all learning as they do have to learn somewhere, they are always friendly I have found.
By appointment only, they do gift voucher's as well and if you want to combine you service's to make yourself a great treat day you can, they will do their best to fit you in taking you from one appointment to the next with hardly any waiting time.
