Staff are always lovely and the kids and I can always find something yum to eat. I like that they are always coming up with new products too.

A place you can find just about anything. I could spend all day in this shop and probably buy at least half the shop. Service is good and there is an in-store cafe if you feel like a bite to eat.

Really happy with the vets here, they always give our cat a check up when she goes in for annual vaccination even though we forget to ask when making the booking. They don't cut corners like some.

Disappointed to say that I will not visit this shop again. They sell the regular brands of kitchen and home appliance and wares. I really like a lot of their products and it was a good place to find obscure items but the services turned out to be appalling. After having 3 defective products (same type of product) all they wanted to do was handball the problem to the manufacturers representative and became snappy when I expressed my disappointment in the product and annoyance at having the same defect occur three times. So much for customer service.

I like the service, the staff are prompt and there's no fuss. They have a huge range of wines on offer, you could spend all day just looking at the wines. Drive through service is very handy.

I visited the larder while on holiday in Melbourne recently and the guy that showed my the different cheeses in the cheese room was very friendly and knowledgable. It was a sensational tasting experience and nice to be able to just look without being bothered by sales assistants every five minutes. Definitely a place i will revisit on my next trip to Melbourne.

Have used them for vitamin supplements for my family they are much cheaper than healthfood shops and there service is quick and reliable.

My husband and I have visited several times now and have really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere is lovely and the food is well priced and really nice. The service is great, the staff don't intrude but provide prompt attention when required.
