Had a referral here from a friend for a consultation for my son. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, great telephone manners and superior service at reception. Dr Warren Duff, the orthodontist here, is fabulous with kids, very humorous and puts them at ease. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed some late night hot chocolates and lattes here with my family recently. A lovely location overlooking Darling Harbour and the nearby fountain. Service was prompt and pleasant, your order brought to your table after prepaying at the counter. A little expensive at $8 per hot chocolate however you get about 3 cups in volume per serve! Deliciously warmed Lindt milk chocolate poured into hot milk -Yum! Also sell a variety of desserts and sweets. A very nice treat!

Popped into HCF Campbelltown today to have a claim processed and with no other people in the line I was annoyed that I was left standing there for almost two minutes before one of the two female customer service workers even acknowledged me by looking my way. She finally said "Can I help you?" without a smile. My request was processed quickly enough without any small talk, however I think for the monthly premiums I pay to HCF I would expect a little more enthusiasm and friendliness from staff on this front line position. In contrast the staff at HCF Blacktown Dental Centre are lovely and welcoming.

Have used this company in the past for repairs to various appliances over the years and today I called them after my dishwasher made a popping noise and smoke wafted out! I was happy that a booking was made same day for between 1-4pm and I was pleased when the two young but experienced workers arrived 1.30pm. It was determined that my dishwasher may needed some new wiring for which they told me they would return with within 20mins and they did. Unfortunately, further examination proved the circuit board was burnt out and the guys informed me it would be cheaper to have a second hand model with warranty supplied and installed by them so I gladly chose this option. These guys were very polite, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. As a bonus they also fixed a problem with my clothes dryer door I spontaneously asked them to look at!

On recommendations from members of WOMO I chose Campbelltown Electrical to install a 3 in 1 light/heater/exhaust in my bathroom today and the guys did a terrific job! Very friendly and efficient workers and the price was exactly as quoted over the phone at time of booking. Very impressed with their customer service and workmanship. Highly recommend!

Kristie is a gorgeous outgoing young lady with over five years experience in hair dressing. She is very talented with style cuts and colouring and it's so great having her come to your home at your convenience to have this service at competitive prices. I usually book the whole family in every month for a trim and Kristie does a fantastic job. Great with kids too!

This is my local takeaway shop and George and Joe amongst others working here are outstandingly friendly and enthusiastic with their service in both the takeaway and ajoining grocery shop. Bought some battered fish and chips here for lunch recently and really enjoyed it as fish was crispy and non greasy. Hot chips with chicken salt are always good here and the largest $6.00 family portion is generous is size. Staff often give free lollipops to my kids and are always a pleasure to chat to. I often make a phone order and pop in within 10mins to find it freshly prepared and ready to collect. Bernie's always seems to have a few people ordering at anytime so their reputation is great!

Met friends for breakfast here. Extensive breakfast menu with option of many additional sides to customize your order. Think I overdid it with pancake, scrambled eggs, bacon and mushrooms! Waited about 15-20mins for order to arrive, not bad considering restaurant was fairly busy for early morning dining. Meal was nice, although mushrooms seemed a little bland. Hot chocolate was a good temperature, not too hot. Service was satisfactory, not enthusiastic. Perhaps the staff warm up as the day progresses.  Overall, enjoyed my meal and will return as savoury crepes are lovely here.

I had some pants repaired here last week that were beyond my sewing ability. Dropped them in late on a Monday afternoon and they were ready to collect Wednesday morning. I took advantge of Raghda's offer of a $10 membership fee that now gives me and anyone else in my family a 20 percent discount on future alterations including my pants that day. Very happy with my repaired pants and the overall quality of her work.

This is my local Chinese Restaurant and I have been purchasing occassional takeaway from here for years. Highly recommend their Chicken with Vegetables and Cashew Nuts and Braised Pork in Plum Sauce. I usually telephone my order through then pop down with 15mins to collect it. Staff are always polite and friendly. Bonus bottle of soft drink if you spend over $35. Only disadvantage is no Eftpos facilities in store so be sure to bring your cash.
