My wife and I were impressed with his no nonsense approach and his comprehensive knowledge of the heat pump attributes. After explaining the stainless water tank was made in Australia and had a 15 year warranty and that the whisper quiet heat pump fan used only 1kw of power a day, perfect when combined with our solar PV array we agreed to have the system installed. Next day, bright and early, his team Russell and Jacob arrived with all units and commenced to remove the old system and install the Sanden. They did a thoroughly professional job completing all the work in 3 hours. Commissioning the unit and explaining how it worked. It was already hot by the time they had cleaned up and headed off. It is hard to find reliable and professional tradesman today and I would thoroughly recommend NewGen and their installation team. So far the heat pump has been a very effective hot water generator.
