A great cafe with some awesome lunch time deals. They have a range of Singapore/Asian dishes and cafe food. Lots of variety, friendly staff and a nice place to eat.

This is a great cafe in the middle of Deepwater Plaza. The burgers are really tasy. A great place to rest while you are shopping!

A quirky restaurant with decent produce. It is a little bit out of the way but the fish is fresh and prices are reasonable. There is outdoor seating but no indoor - mostly useful as takeaway.

My favourite hairdressing salon on the Coast! All the hairdressers are friendly and helpful, and very, very talented at what they do! I love their cute decorations around the salon in red and black and each time I go to get my hair done I don't want to leave!

This is such a cool cafe. It's so funky and cosy with an exotic Indian feel to the interior. Whether you go to have breakfast, lunch, a snack or just a drink - you won't be disappointed. The service is great and portions are generous. It's like a big warm hug! A truly lovely place and an asset to The Coast.

We had lunch here one Sunday a few months ago and were very disappointed. The food was very over priced for what it was. My pasta was plain with no sauce and a few ordinary beans thrown through it - and that was about $20 from memory! The service was strange - even rude. The waiter (maybe the owner?) asked if he could get us drinks and we replied "yes please." He took two table member's drink orders and left without even getting the rest! We waited a very long time for our two drinks. After bringing the two people their drinks he left again and was no where to be seen again, so the others had to wait ages for their drinks! The food took ages to arrive too. Our garlic bread arrived burnt. We considered leaving while we were there but we stuck it out. This place is strange and not at all worth the money they charge. The best thing about it is the laugh we get thinking back at how terrible it was and how the guy just left us mid-order! Never going back.

A lovely old fashioned art deco cinema. Prices of movies and food is on par with other cinemas, but you can make a day of it in Ettalong by going to the movies and markets, grab a bite at one of the many restaurants and maybe even a dip in the beach! The interior of the cinema is quaint and gives you a real sense of being part of a bygone era. It is really just so great to have this cinema on the peninsular!

This is a great market compared with a lot of the other regular ones that are around. It is true that it was considered "better" years ago, but I still think it's really worth a visit. The stall holders are all very friendly and there are a lot of interesting and unique things you can find. It would be good if there were some more unique stalls and less of the "dime a dozen" ones that have moved in BUT in saying that, it's still one of the best regular markets around!

This is a great local pizza place. The staff are always friendly and are very quick with the food - whether you eat in or get take away. The food is always fresh and delicious - great pizza!
